  Tracking and label created but item apparently never sent. USPS and EBAY tracking say "awaiting item". Messaged seller several times with no response. Tried to cancel but because a label was created, I cannot. Tried to get a refund because it hasn't shipped yet but cannot because I don't have an item to return. Customer service working with me to resolve says I need to leave honest negative feedback and wait yet another 72 hours for seller to not respond.
