Damaged faucet advertised as new
This product was advertised as new and we found parts missing on install. now we are experiencing unexplained leak problems and finding out the actual faucet is damaged too. The faucet is not usable.

You cannot get to the powder. The thick plastic cover gives only a small amount of powder. I have tried to get to the powder and it does not even smell like white shoulders. A rip off.
