  Item sent was not exactly as listed, contacted seller. She was VERY responsive and worked quickly with me to resolve the issue. I sent a picture of the item purchased, as she was unaware of any damage to booties. I shipped item quickly back to her and she quickly refunded my purchase. I would definitely buy again, but would ask any eBay seller more questions, as the pictures may not reflect the actual product and any damage. Great eBay Seller!
