NOT like in Embassy Suites Hotels!
NOT like in the hotel. I loved the pillow I had at an Embassy Suites. It was full of soft material that let my head sink into it and could be shaped. This is NOT that pillow. I read the same remark from another person but had to see for myself. These are just big ol' pillows that feel like ones 1/4 their price.
