tried to load the sim on two windows 7 c...

tried to load the sim on two windows 7 computers but it would stop loading without saying why, then i tried my best windows 10 computer and it said i needed to find a file but i am not that smart, then i tried to load on my windows 10 with a 1.6 gig processor and wallah i was in the air in half an hour so it isnt broke but so very close, i didnt think or did i that you one day had the first disc in your computer and forgot and tried to burn data to the first disc instead of a blank, it works ty

great BUT

this is a great night vision camera, it can see further than my wifi night vision cameras BUT only if you hook it to an old RCA connected television, it performs no other function with its NVR as i cant get to the main menu to set up any parameters for security ie: motion detection or any of the NVR's functions, customer service is non existent, i am talking to myself repeatedly when i try to get help with of all things a working password for my NVR
