Looks like a real quality product.
I have received the package and all looks like real quality. It will be a couple months before I actually finish building and start-up the machine. The instructions provided with the package is very helpful. As this is a complicated machine package I have had a couple questions about installation and have got very quick responses. The Nema 34 motors from this company look way more heavy duty from there competition and they include an individual power supply for each motor. I look forward to hitting the start button.

1 of 1 found this helpful This is the second iX6820 printers I have purchased. The first one just quit after 2 years. I believe the print head was the problem but a new head runs about $65 so for $130 I bought a new printer.
The price is great.
It plots up to 19"x13" which is why I purchased it.
It works fine for a backup letter size printer.
It is slow to wake up for printing.
It sounds like a thrashing machine during operation.
The wireless feature quit working after about 1 year.
I also have a MX870 Canon all-in-one machine that is about 5 years old. It has been a good machine and I feel the support has been pretty good also. I have had a lot of HP printers/plotters and would probably lean toward the Canon products at this point in time.
