no subtitles
Item claims to be "subtitled" but is NOT. The only way I know to select subtitles or close caption is through (a) various menus on the TV screen, and "subtitle" button on the DVD remote. Neither works. If you can tell me, that's fine, otherwise please refund my payment. Thanks.

Excellent condition, especially considering age.
