Spacers fixed a binding problem when extending the slide
I bought these spacers to address a problem that I’ve been having with my slide topper over my bedroom slide on my 2018 Cedar Creek 36CK2. The other longer slides already had them installed when I had problems with them. The bedroom slide was binding because the topper was preventing the slide from extending. By adding these spacers, the topper no longer does this. It did take 2 to install as we uninstalled the mounting brackets one at a time. We then positioned the spacers and installed the longer screws provided. One person needs to hold the mounting bracket and spacer as the other installs the screws. There is still some tension on the brackets even with the slide is fully retracted.
