Thule Podium Feet will also fit Yakima Aero Bars with a small amount of grinding.
I had to purchase these Podium Foot Packs as I needed a Bolt on Rack for a new Ford Transit. I have been buying various Thule Products for over 30 years but was disappointed with the quality and robustness of the design compared to some of the Yakima Products I have recently purchased. One neat thing I discovered is that with tiny amount of grinding with a Dremel tool Yakima Aero Bars fit into the Thule Podium Feet.

Love my Ping G400 Hybrids
Recently received my new Ping G400 Hybrid 5 and 6. Much easier to hit than my previous Irons.
