Marginally Functional
It's OK. Instructions are not good for much beyond starting a fire. If you can't figure out machines without instructions maybe this isn't for you. Angle scale are "stick on vinyl" so not sure of their accuracy but they help to go a little more or a little less in either direction. The unit I received did not have what is needed for 5/8" arbor blades, not sure if something is missing or if that is not a size that is supported. I figured out something that will function.
