Velcro on the chin strap are too close together making it hard for a person with a large neck to wear - meaning that it may cut off the blood supply to your head. However, extra heavy duty velcro can be added to accommodate, which makes it OK for bigger necks. This product is a very good price. Water bladder (weight) can be filled to 20 pounds, but would suggest starting a 8 pounds or less. Easily fits over most doors. It's been very helpful for me.

Body Heat
Body Heat is my favorite! It smells good on its own, but when you get warm or start to sweat, it kicks in again. Personal experience: I was sitting in a doctor's office exam room waiting for the doctor. Five different nurses came in to ask me a question (ones I had already answered). As I was leaving, the receptionist told me that the nurses were coming in the exam room to "smell me". I have had a similar situation in the grocery store. It's not that expensive compared to other designer colognes but it makes an impact! I highly recommend a try to see if Body Heat is for you.
