Great unit
Great unit, cools a 16X16 room in South Louisiana very well when its 100* outside. minor blemishes but that is to be expected on a refurb. the only thing i dont like a bout he unit is it is kind of on the loud side. But I can handle a little noise if i am cool.

Poor Quality
Bearing caps came off right out the package and will not stay on. When let go they fall out and have to put back in every time. Arrived ahead of schedule so that was a plus.
