It’s official but not without flaws.
The robot is beautiful, and is just as fantastic looking as I remember. The box is really snazzy, and begs to be displayed. Nothing generic about it. Love the art.
Considering it is a reissue, it tries to be true to the 1985 original. However, it is not without flaws, and could be limited to this particular figure.
First, no rub symbol. Second, some joints were loose, particularly the upper left shoulder tab with the chrome. The cab felt loose, too. Other than that, it looks and feels pretty solid for a G1, which are notorious for fragility.

Nostalgia overload!
I could never afford Macromedia products, and always wanted the suite. Bought it out of nostalgia alone. Now to finally own it makes me happy. The software is useless now, since web design changed a bit in 24 years. Plus, Flash is no longer a thing.

Such a great idea!
The NES collector scene is insane. Prices, availability, and all around snobbery. This machine was a limited run, but got this gem at a fairly good price. The game selection is very good, and adding more games is a breeze. Two small gripes. The controller cables are really short, and the console flops around with all the cabling attached. Some Velcro helps. The machine did not come with a power adapter, as it is pretty common on Ebay listings for some odd reason. No matter. I have a lot of them hanging around. And yes, I was aware it had no power adapter as the listing made it very clear. A+ gadget. Just love it.
