I contacted the seller twice to alert them to issues. When I finally received the item, the box was in poor condition. The seller did not post pictures for the box, just the item. New in box should mean that it's perfectly new, including the box. I had indicated that it was for a Christmas present. The seller did refund shipping as it was quite delayed, but would not allow a return/refund.

Best mirrorless gimbal!
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy to balance, great for travel with the locking axis, definitely purchase a second grip so you can leave the legs attached and have a second grip for the underslung mode. Works great, shots are stable. No complaints (use a fugi xt3)

A little in natural, def adds that sound your looking for
Use sparingly... Hard to get exactly the way your looking for.. Because it is auto.. But decent alternative
