This was just what I was looking for!
There are a lot of versions of this book, this one is an 8 x 11 workbook, unlike most books 6 x 3
and though used, it was in great condition. I use/read it on a daily basis and my previous copy was wilted ,tattered and ready to loose the last chapter after 7 years of use, so I was extremely pleased with finding this copy

Great Idea ,Wonderful product
A great a great chair and a perfect Idea! Works like advertised Can even read the IPad as the chair shades enough to not have the sun's glare!

Large but Sturdy
This bench is a bit larger than expected, but sturdy and the added benifits of an extention and curl portion is worth every penny. And while the direction could have been more entailed,and the print REALLY needs to be darker and bigger, once it comes together its a wonderful piece of equipment. Thanks!
