Buns and Killer Legs
I love that it is 30 minutes and it makes you sweat. The directions are a bit too fast but after you have done it a number of times you are able to keep up.

Good book for all graduate students especially those starting out.

Authentic West Indian Cookbook
This is the best and most authentic book for West Indian i.e. Caribbean food. My mother who is 80 years old and born in Barbados uses this book. So if you are looking for authentic this is the book for you. Don't even bother with another cookbook.
