bulky & heavy
Way to balky in heavy and lowest setting to intense for my wife. Would not recommend for the whole family! She could not change the different accessories. I had trouble getting them out myself! Sorry I purchased one for our use and one for a Christmas gift.

Replacement Grab Bar
Took forever to receive the shipment. Product was a replacement for an identical piece that we had problems with the finish wearing off within months of installation. Hope this one holds up better.
