A soldering iron for tiny, fragile surface mount work.

I needed a soldering iron with adjustable temp and available very small tips, which this unit has. Still waiting for my small tips to show up. I am still looking for a supply of the color coded tip sleeves to organize my set of tips. Those are hard to find! Shown on the Hakko website, but no actual part numbers associated.

Works as a throw line.

I used it as a throw line to hold an antenna in a tree. Worked like a charm. Used black micro cord after I got the line over the right branch.
