The Tire mounted on rim Out of balance BADLY

They were correct size And Great condition upon arrival. The issue I had Was One Wheel and tire Was Glued Way Out Of Round enough to Make the rear side it was Mounted on Wobble out of round Up and Down Causing The rear control arm to lift and shimmy upon rotation
