Nice soft light
2 of 2 found this helpful This seems to meet the technical specs. However, all previous similar products (all have remotes labelled "Magic Light" so I thought this was the same) I have bought have the shape of older halogen bulbs, with small focusing lenses over the front. This produces a focuses light. This bulb, by contrast, prouduces a softer and more diffuse light. Probably great for mood lighting, but not for the phographic applications I I need.

Nice projection—Mac users need an adapter
The only problem is that this model does not have an hdmi port so requires an adapter. I spent hours on the phone with both apple and epson snd discovered that a vga-to-hdmi connection is not advisable (I tried two) but the apple thunder port to vga has worked well

Just improves being outside by 100%!
