Quality for A Reasonable Price
There is nothing negative to say about this DC power jack...It's durable, the correct length, insulated and fit perfectly for my notebook HP dv7-3085dx. The thing about replacing such a simple piece of hardware is that it requires considerable time and patience. Depending on the computer this can be a massive undertaking and I personally feel that with all the other jacks and options included in a computer..many of which none of us ever use. The manufacturer's should of offered an additional DC jack or some other means to power up, run or charge a laptop. Without that ability the computer is worthless. Manufacturer's listen to your engineers and not be so concerned about the bottom line.

Works as intended
I've purchased and used other Nioxin products and generally speaking they do a good job and are a good value. These are not miracle products...my salon has found the NIOXIN line of hair and scalp treatments to be the only products that work and are reasonably priced. We are individuals and one shoe doesn't fit everyone, but these products are worth an honest try. Go for it and you see and decide for yourself.
