A bit awkward to start, but it definitely keeps your arm tucked inside. Once you get a feel for what it's trying to do, you can control your swing to match the process, which is what it was designed to do. Limited use so far, but should be good at developing inside muscle memory. The strap could be made a little larger to accommodate extra large arms.
