Effectively tops up battery when car unused for long periods.
Have had a problems in the past with flat battery after leaving my car unused for several weeks while I was abroad. After quite a bit of research opted for this product as many similar small solar panels do not produce enough charge to be effective. It has worked fine with no more flat battery issues.
The simple method of connection, with crocodile clip directly onto the battery terminals, is not especially user friendly, and some other more convenient method would make a good product even better.

Terrific power - could be too much.
Seems very robust. As powerful as a smaller petrol strimmer and highly suited to dealing with long grass, thick weeds, heavily overgrown areas. Quite large head and together with its considerable power I found it rather too much for my average sized garden where it was difficult to avoid causing damage. I would thoroughly recommend for rough work where it offers much more power than any other corded strimmer I have ever used, but it does need a very light touch in many garden situations.
