Upon receipt she sent a demanding email claiming birds were not as described on item despite the 12 clear photos. I issued a refund despite my no refund policy and asked her to send back and she has NEVER RESPONDED OR RETURNED MY ITEM THAT WAS PURCHASED FOR $145. I took a huge loss And my item was stolen.

Priced a bit high. Cheaper in stores
Stays well. Less expensive in stores though.

Wouldn't switch to anything else.
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been using this product for about 10 years now. I always try to NEVER run out. It makes my hair so manageable and controls friz. It is a little expensive. It would be nice if it were at least $10 less. But I wouldn't want to sacrifice any of the ingredients.
