Works for the Note 5
My Note 5 tip snapped recently, and I couldn't find the original replacement tips. These worked fine. The only difficulty I had was that the included tweezer-like tool didn't work - it simply did not grip what was left of the old tip. A pair of needle-nose pliers did the job, and once I'd removed it the new tip slid in easily and worked perfectly.
