A little too subtle.
Unless you have it at maximum setting, it is very subtle and hard to notice much of a difference to the sound. When at maximum setting, it seems to have a little bit of an overdrive effect.

Essentially two of the best OD pedals ever, in one!
1 of 1 found this helpful I expected nothing out of this, but it is incredible. It's a 100% clone of two Ibanez Tube Screamers. They're excellent on their own, and add considerable depth when stacked in front of your distortion pedals. If you're even partially considering buying this, do it! Did I mention it's built like a tank? Because it is! Also, no hum. I wish I had discovered this years ago.
