Less expensive than OEM. Instructions could be a little better. Would recommend.
Ordered on Friday, arrived on Monday with emails from both the seller and eBay. Customer email provided USPS tracking number. Everything seems like pretty decent quality. Aluminum bars with plastic end caps. 2 of the bolts seemed to be a little difficult to start threading although that could have been due to the Kia holes and not the bolts themselves. My only gripe about quality is the end cap covers. They are pretty flimsy and although I don't anticipate my crossbars being stolen the covers would only stop an honest thief. Installation was not difficult and took about 30 minutes and I did it myself with the tools provided. The directions were not terribly clear as you only get a little 4 page pamphlet with some pictures of it being installed on a vehicle printed on printer paper and no indication on how tight the bolts are supposed to be. It's not a complex thing so it's pretty easy to figure out but I could see someone not very mechanically inclined having a difficult time. I will be using these to transport a kayak so we'll see how they hold up under use but overall they seem pretty decent and at almost $200 less than what Kia wanted and the fact I got them in 3 days I really can't complain.
