Doesn't work

Button sensitivity sucks

The case is nice, but the buttons do not work properly. It takes an extreme amount of pressure to operate the buttons of the phone though the case. There is absolutely NO sensitivity of the buttons. I feel that this will be the last Otterbox case that I or any of my family ever purchase. This is a complete design flaw on Otterbox's side of engineering and production. I personally can/will no longer recommend any Otterbox products
