Roka Blue Cheese

Ever since I was young (and that was a long time ago) my family made for every Christmas a Cheese Ball that one of the ingredients is Roka Blue. You can find that recipe posted all over the internet, but you will have trouble finding it on store shelves. When I was little we would save the glass jar for your morning o.j. glass, we didn't have plastic then haha. Roka Blue is an excellent product, but I only use it to make a cheese ball!
