Great!
My friend bought these which led me to them. I'm so pleased I did - they're made of excellent quality and the built in cutter means that your biscuit holds shape when you apply the stamp. It makes lovely, uniform biscuits. I've now bought the whole set including Christmas and Easter! A great product! :) xxx

Very poor customer service
When this product arrived there was some rippling at the top left hand side where the canvas lay over the top of the backing board. The frame was rough in places - in fact a splinter of wood came off in my hand when I unpacked the canvas. The canvas painting itself is lovely, but I was dissatisfied with the finish, particularly as this is intended as a gift. I contacted the seller to advise of my difficulties and received a reply advising that they were sorry I did not like the product and I could return the product for a refund. I live in Scotland and the seller is based in the United States and I had already paid a significant fee to have the canvas sent via international courier. I contacted the seller again to express my concern and sought reassurance that I would not be expected to pay for the return international postage given that my concerns arose from the quality of the product. I also stressed that the issue was not that 'I did not like' the product, but rather that what I had been sent was finished to a poor standard. Unfortunately their reply was curt and simply directed me to their first response. I have now paid a significant amount of money for a product that is below the quality and standard of that which I expected and I am not prepared to throw good money after bad in further international shipping or dealings with this seller.
