About the best machete sheath I've purchased.
As long as you are purchasing this for the exact machete this sheath is made for, it is fantastic. I've purchased 2 of them. One for a 14" tramotina which is the same machete Marbles offers and the other for an Imacasa that is the maker of the swampmaster machete that Marbles offers. The sheaths are of thick rigid material with excellent stitching and rivits. All of the material used is of high quality and very thick. They have storage pockets on the sheaths and each sheath contained it's own sharpening stone. If I had to mention one bad thing, it would be when trying the pass the machete into the side opening the velcro straps tend to saty folded over and get in the way of the opening. You just have to be aware of it, but I would not remove a star for this because the sheath is so well made. A bit of velcro on the back side of the sheath and strap to lock it in the open position would be the perfect fix. Of all the various sheaths I've purchased for my machete's, the Marbles sheath is by far my favorite. Sitepro makes a nice quality leather sheath for machetes, but they are much more expensive and only fit certain styles. You cannot go wrong with the Marbles sheath when purchasing it for the correct Machete.
