As expected from H&R Block
I have been using H&R Block software for many years, and it went especially well this year, only complaint is if you need to talk with someone directly it can be difficult, geared to Email correspondence, which may not work well depending on your question.

Accuracy guaranteed by calibration capability
Very good price for a decently quick responding temperature reading, with the big plus of being able to be calibrated to assure accuracy.

Paid a little more to get a good product in a timely manner.
Extremely long battery life when using it at my normal wattage, which is lower than its wattage capability. No rattling firing button, stylish design, lightweight even with two batteries needed, size and shape yields good feel in the hand, a display gives much needed information with no steps needed, and a decent easy to fill non leaking tank

Negatives are the tank comes with one good coil and one too airy non flavor producing coil. An exceptional temperature control device but no temperature type coil included to be able to verify this fact.
