Excellent Product, Worth Every Penny
1 of 1 found this helpful The Cross Wave is great, worth every penny I paid for it. I have five dogs who inevitably track in dirt, and occasionally take a nice crap on the floor when left indoors too long. This amazing machine cleans my wood floors and white tile sparkling clean. Unlike a mop which just smears dirty water all over, this thing sucks all that filth off the floor completely. Just one look at the dirty water tank when I empty it shows how effective this machine is. It is fairly light weight, and someone in the Bissell design team actually put some thought into power cord management. The cord-wrap on this thing is great. Seems like a trivial thing, but it's not. I use my Cross Wave nearly every day, and when I'm done, I know I don't have to put it away with a giant tangle of power cord dragging behind it. It stands up straight and tidy in the corner of the room or in a closet on its base tray, which is also used to rinse the brush and machine, a very nice touch. Again, the design team on this machine incorporated features/details that make it a pleasure to use, so you actually WANT to use it, unlike allot of gimmicky cheap junk you'd use a few times, grow frustrated with, then put in the trash. I absolutely HATED mopping my floors, or getting on my hands and knees and scrubbing them. It is no exaggeration that this powerful little machine has changed all that for me.
