Shimano SM-SH56 multi release SPD cleats
I have an SPD set of pedals on cyclocross bike. I recently took a few spills on gravel and thought I better research to see if there is anything that will allow me to release quicker? When I am trying to remove my foot in an emergency situation I have a habit of trying to remove my foot in directions not supported by the single release cleat. I found these in an article and tried them...and love them. My foot still stays locked in when doing all the normal cycling positions, but it adds three release methods including pulling straight up that will allow me to release in an emergency.

Love the tire with great grip and puncture resistance. Seems to wear fast-especially on the rear so only 4 stars.

Shimano Dual pivot front brake caliper-105
I purchased this caliper to replace an aging caliper that was in disrepair. The smoothness/responsiveness is amazing...worthy upgrade...highly recommend!!!
