Effective and best value
This method allows you to apply enough (gentle) force to irrigate the upper sinus cavities without standing on your head to do it. ;)

Best of its kind! No extra charge for tamper :)
This is the best of this type of capsule filler. Yes, it's true that you have to put the caps on the bodies after filling, but that is no different from loading the caps into a separate cap sheet one by one before pressing them all onto the bodies. This actually eliminates a step. The design of this filler is really well thought out. Easy to use with very little waste and easy to clean. I can make 100 caps with this as fast as I can with my cap filler that does 100, which also has a separate cap sheet.
