Supposed to be flexible when frozen
It's supposed to be flexible when frozen but in my experience it comes out of the freezer too hard. I have to leave it sit out for a while and warm up so I can bend it and then as it's warming up and when I use it, it 'sweats' a lot which requires some type of cloth covering to soak up the moisture, which is impossible if you are trying to use it on your neck and shoulders. I end up using it flat most of the time for my upper back and lower back/glutes and for that it works good.
