This deodorant is amazing! It really does neutralize body odor. In my case it's underarms, they smell clean and rosey the next day even after working outside in the heat and sleeping and then working a bit before showering the following morning. Usually I really need a shower by the next morning (65 yr old Grandma), but with this deodorant you can't even tell. I bought a couple of these just to test out the deodorant and I'm super excited to give it a 2-thumbs-up review. And it came fast too.

Most Excellent & Updated Info on Personality Disorders I've Found
This book has set me free from the nagging "but it's my sister" guilt that kept me from exiting my narc sister's family. I've always known there was something very dark about her/them, and now I know what it is. I no longer have to work my tail off (after decades of abuse) to (in vain) earn their affection, support, approval. They are truly sick. They will not be hurt if I distance from them. They'll just not have a source of fodder for their gossip, and I will move on with my life and do the work to recover from all their emotional /psychological /mental abuse. Dr Salerno outlines with authority, clarity and documentation how narcissism is a physiological disorder (as are all personality disorders), and gives hope to the daunting conundrum of how to deal with it in family members and others. Highly recommend this book to anyone dealing with narcissism or borderline PD, or any others. So glad I bought it. It has been the key that has unlocked me from my narc sibling /fam's clutches, and I am moving on to healing and a sunny life. Very well written, not too technical, easy to understand. Backed up information with tons of footnotes citing studies, other works, pages and pages, it's all there. Excellent resource.
