Works as Advertised
1 of 1 found this helpful This works exactly like is suppose to. Watch a video for "This Old House" showcasing the product. It was just as easy as the video and the directions showed. The hard part was finding the joists and the finder bit is a godsend for this.
The end result is the problem spots are fixed. There is still a little bit of noise left when I walk but it is not the fault of the product. I just need to install more screws!

Works Exactly Like It Should
Does exactly what is suppose to. Plugged this dummy plug into my headless host and was able to remote in without having a black screen. I was able to set the resolution to a level that made sense for my application without issue. No downside so far!

Very Good Device
Does everything described I have several of these along with some of the less expensive model with less features. I found they were easy to link to my Smartthings hub.I do occasionally see a false motion detect but I did with other brands as well.
I am a snowbird so I upgraded to this model over is less expensive option because I wanted the humidity option and found it to be accurate enough to use to monitor whichever home is currently unoccupied.
