I was too disappointed to even watch it
It came in only half a box with the top missing and the discs unsecured. I don't recall any mention of this when I made the purchase since if I had I wouldn't have purchased it.

No usable instructions
Only instructions for using this multi-function watch were in Japanese which, as an American, was impossible for me to interpret.
