Saved $300 by buying this on eBay. Installed it last week and it wasn't easy install and it has been working flawlessly since. I highly recommend it.
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this natural gas model that was high efficiency because I did not want to have to deal with the really expensive stainless steel double insulated tubing for standard deficiency. This made the install painless and very cheap. The only assistance I needed for installing this what's 2 make sure I could lighten things up level well putting this on the wall. The unit can be lifted buy an average-sized adult but if you have an extra person that makes things easier. Everyone stated that you would have to wait for hot water longer but I have noticed in my case of a large 2nd Story House that's a hot water seems faster than my tank system. It is also endless hot water. The biggest advantage chew going to a tankless unit was that now when no one has used hot water in my house for 14 for 16 hours I can go right to the tap and take a hot shower with no issues this is a huge upgrade from my old tank which would have barely lukewarm water and I would almost be taking cold showers.

Just okay flashcards.
These flashcards for the cic exam are not very helpful in the way that they are made. It's not that the content is not good, it's that they're missing some things that could make them much better. To be printed on perforated card stock as if someone did it at home is not really what I want in an expensive set of flashcards. It would also be helpful if there was some designation on each card to know where it was in each section or what subtopic was being covered. Save your money and just buy a book instead or make your own since that's what you have to do even after buying these.
