does the job satisfactorally for most
Nice little filter kit. At this price you can't expect to compete with a pro kit that would likely set you back a couple hundred bucks+, but for the person that is more of a picture taker, like me, rather than a professional photographer these do an acceptable job. I knew this going in and see an improvement especially with the polarizer if I use it properly. It's not magic and is useless in certain weather/lighting conditions. For the dollar it will do the trick pretty well until you can upgrade if you want to, or give up and go cell phone. Those folks are delighted with their pictures, and they do a decent job, but I like to think I had something to do with it.

nice basic reloader
1 of 1 found this helpful This is not for high volume reloading, but it's fun, and if you take care in preparation does a decent job. I like reloading with it now and then, but also have a press and dies if I want faster results. The only thing is the dipper that come with is only right for certain listed powders and you need to dip it consistently. I use a scale anyway as I might need to adjust a little bit for better results with a given powder. But this is portable and I have one in several calibers. It does it's job and helps eat up long winter nights. I have had no problems with the set if I do what I should.

Good solid capable camera
Anyone that has had an interest in cameras for more than a couple years has had, or at least has heard of the K1000. It is a "bare bones" camera compared to the computers we have today, but it has all you need to take excellent photographs. The meter is the only thing you need a battery for, the rest of the camera operates without one, all mechanical, so if you do your part in figuring out exposure the camera is ready. Weight is a bit hefty, but it is metal, and I like the weight and feel of the camera. It has been around for a long time now, and is still very much in demand by collectors, students, and anyone with Pentax mount lenses. It will accept the M42 lenses also with an adapter supplied by Pentax. I have a Spotmatic 1000 SPII also so the operation is practically identicle except for bayonet mount, and meter switch. It has had a prized spot in my Pentax line---Spotmatic--K1000--MX--ME SUPER--P30T--ZX-L--ZX10--ZX5--and K20D All fine cameras, and all will accept any lense Pentax has made for 35 slrs and Dslrs.
