Not one of Netgear's best
7 of 10 found this helpful Unfortunately, I had high hopes for this device, and it did not even come close to functioning like Netgear claimed. This was a replacement for an older Netgear extender, so should have provided significantly better results. Sitting in an unobstructed range within 10 feet from the device, it would drop the connect or become weak. The extender speeds across the network were also consistently poor. Not at all what Netgear can be proud of.
