Sort of UV
It might qualify as UV, but barely! Very disappointed. Oh, and it comes with a "loop" as seen in the illustration. No way to attach the loop to the flashlight, but it is included.

Not User Friendly!
1 of 1 found this helpful Better User Interface. Made by Alcatel, but MUCH more difficult to use than other models. 7 key strokes to just get into Call Log to return a call. Too many key strokes to get into Text. Can't erase a text thread, except by deleting one message at a time!
