Disappointed

The unit I received like used, the back plate dropped off, all three screws out of place and found only one in the box. I went to get two more screws and tight it back. The cable and wires were not tight down in order. The unit I needed was immediately, I had no time to return and ask for replacement. The unit works fine so far, but I was very disappointed to purchased from ebay.
