Not really reliable

Frequently loses ethernet signal, usually during a movie (computer and other devices have no problems when used with same connection). WiFi is even worse. Almost impossible to not hit 'mute' by accident no matter how remote is held. Navigation buttons so close to 'enter' that it's very easy to hit wrong selection. Paid app (Netflix, Amazon, etc) no faster or more convenient than regular channel selection. Micro SD slot hard to access and use (damaged slot while trying to insert card). As might be expected, pay apps and large operators are favored. If you're looking for smaller sources you're pretty much on your own. Works decently when not losing signal but, overall, would not recommend.

Severely underpowered

Does not have enough power to mix hot milk, cocoa powder and sugar in less than a good minute of mashing a tiny button that is hard to locate. The one I had before lasted for several years and did the same job in seconds. Top is very loose. Doubt if this one will last more than a couple of months.
