Such a step up
3 of 4 found this helpful The image quality, 10fps shooting, and compactness are just some of the key features for this body.
I do a lot of shoots for clients and the image quality is a must. The 10 fps also comes in handy. I used to be shooting with the a7sii and compared to its 5 fps, its a HUGE benefit for me when im out doing shoots when I'm bored or when I'm doing client work.
The video capability is also more than enough for today's standards in the industry. But you'll have a hard time with its limited 4k shooting. You'd obviously want a dedicated video setup for that (like the up and coming a7siii, i really hope it'll shoot 4:2:2 so I dont need assisted 4k).
I notice that on single shooting drive mode, pressing very lightly will make the camera shoot twice in succession. fairly annoying (albeit it happens rarely). I'm probably pressing it just lightly enough so that the shutter goes off twice.
