Visible yellow color, lasting chemical smell, doesn't kink but swirls.
Bought it for the visible yellow color. Have been using it daily for 10 days and for the first couple of minutes, water that sat in the hose comes out still smelling like pesticide. It doesn't kink but swirls.

Much better than expected
SW band finds only a few stations even outdoors but I didn't expect any better from a $12 radio anyway. The rest is way more than what I had expected. It has true digital tuning with manual and auto scan. Stores 1 default and 60 (3x20) favorite stations. Sleep timer from 10 to 90 minutes in 10 minute increments and alarm clock. Sound from the speaker is decent and quite good from the stereo earbuds which come with non-slip rubber coated cords! I haven't tried the DC/charging jack yet. If it will supply uninterrupted power while replacing batteries, the stored stations may not be lost. All in all, incredible features for such a low price and I'm sure it will last long enough. I would buy it again and recommend to my friends without hesitation.

Incredible deal.
Arrived in 10 days way ahead of estimated date and worked without any problems, all for only ten dollars.
