Pairing Problems due the model suuplied to Europe with US model
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought the equipment indicating that the place of delivery would be Portugal.
When I tried to pair the device with my mobile phone through the Omron Connect application I could not. After several contacts with the support of Omron I was told that I could not pair the equiapment because the version for Europe should be different.
I do not consider this type of treatment to be honest.
Must be clear information for the comsumer
