'Can you hear me now??'
I bought this device for my husband and I guess I expected too much from it. Our conversations were riddled with 'Say again' or 'I didn't catch that' so I just would tell him to call when he wasn't driving so that way we could actually hear and understand each other. I thought that it was happening only with me till my husband told me that everyone was complaining about its clarity and understandability. Bottom line: It just picks up too much ambient sound to be of any real use unless you are in a closed room with absolutely no other noise. We ditched this unit and purchased a Planatronics headset instead. Now we don't have to keep asking each other, 'Can you hear me now?'
