Muscle Recovery
2 of 2 found this helpful BCAAs have aided me in my weight loss and muscle gain journey for the past month, I cannot express enough how important it is for athletes and active people alike to allow their muscles time for recovery not only to prevent injury, but to advance their fitness goals. My boyfriend and I, both former college-athletes, stay very active and one day I noticed he was taking BCAAs (in powder form). I asked him about it and he explained how our bodies need protein for fuel and recovery. Being an athlete myself I obviously knew this, but what I didn't know is that our bodies don't naturally make branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) which truly aid in the recovery and muscle building process. The value for these is outstanding as well. I could not find these cheaper anywhere else. Highly recommend.
